She puts herself in pain (200 mile races) for fun, so she knows how to help people push past the pain for results. I personally feel lucky to have her as my trainer.

Gia is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Gia pushes me to my limits but makes each workout fun as well. With many trainers, you feel they are just going through the motion. Not with Gia! You know she is working with you to make you the best you can be. Even when I’ve hit a plateau, she’s been able to get me past it and moving forward to hit my goals.

Gia is a fantastic coach and trainer. She takes the time to listen and learn who I am and what my goals are. I have suffered multiple knee injuries in the past but she understands how to strengthen the areas that need to strengthen and then bring you to the next level. She definitely isn’t afraid to push but won’t push beyond what she knows I’m capable of. I’m proud of what I have been able to accomplish and each week I can see a difference. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does and it helps make the time much more enjoyable and fun. Lots of laughs!
