Gia has always had a passion for fitness and a desire to be physically active. Throughout high school she played on multiple sporting teams and began learning the fundamentals of strength training. After high school she earned a bachelor’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in accounting from University of Central Oklahoma. Following high school Gia had a successful career as a competitive horse trainer and instructor where she developed a love for teaching and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
In 2013 Gia began working at the Light House, a gym in Oklahoma City, as a personal trainer and boot camp instructor. This is where she began helping clients accomplish a wide range of goals from losing weight to achieving athletic personal bests. At this time she became the strength coach for up and coming collegiate athletes and Olympic hopefuls on the USA youth swim team, King Marlins. In 2016 Gia decided to move to Colorado to pursue her own athletic goals as a competitive ultra runner and to continue her passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.
